I firmly believe the formula for success is:

Belief + Work Ethic = Results.

To be successful you need to believe in yourself and your ability - no question. But you need to match that belief with a strong work ethic (which means purposefully practicing your skills so that they become habits that you can rely on and help you to perform under pressure ie finals).

So for anyone wanting to bat in the top 6 in any grade (juniors or seniors) please join me in facing at least 2000 balls in Sept as a demonstration of the work ethic required to be successful and to ensure you're ready to have the best season of your career.

The bowling machine net will be covered 24/7, there is a new light over the bowling machine net, there are a truckload of balls, and everyone has access to the shed where the bowling machine is housed (let me know if you need the code), so it should be easy.

The beauty of the challenge is that you can't do it alone. Please reach out to others and help them to tick off their 2000 balls. The more you give to others in this world, the more you get back.
